note: still at the same stage, not much progress. A little improvements made to the site

1) Decreased length of page, not too long winded.
2) Made several upgrades as to how to access information so users can read what they need only.
3) Made a skeleton outline of what it would be, links to be included to the key words.
4) More direct information but several other procedures are yet to be elaborated.
5) Added advertisements
